2019 Transformation Challenge Winner!!


For the last 3 months, I have seen some of the hardest working and dedicated clients in 4 years of training. I am extremely proud of every single person that gave me their all throughout this summer. From HIIT and Strength workouts, to 30-60 minute lunch break walks and even tracking every single morsel of food!
Just because the challenge has ended DOES NOT mean that your goals have.
The main purpose of this challenge was to show you that you can make exercise and nutrition a lifestyle. It all comes down to your mindset!

Without delaying any further...I would love to announce that the winner of the 2019 Atlas Summer Challenge is..... Courtney Laub!!! Court has worked incredibly hard over the course of the challenge and I could not be more proud of her. For a few weeks in the challenge, Court was out of commission for workouts due to personal reasons. This did not stop her though! With healthy and consistent eating, she stayed strong and continued to work hard! She proved that goals CAN be achieved outside of the gym. 80% of the game is nutrition and she absolutely crushed it. She even tracked more than her own trainer! If that isn’t dedication to win then I don’t know what is.

My client Debby Madiraca has been with me from the start of Atlas Personal Training and even before that! She works incredibly hard in and out of the workouts. Balancing her nutrition, family time as well as time for herself. I am so incredibly proud of her.

In July of 2013 Debby was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer. She did not let this stop her. Through proper treatments, radiation and an everyday fight, she made it a mission to better herself. She recently just celebrated her 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY of remission and I couldn't be happier for her! Congratulations!!

When we first started working together, she was 158 lbs and always found it difficult to lose weight but to also KEEP it off. Proudly now she has reached a goal of 143 lbs, 15 lbs down and staying off! Her next goal is to get under 140 lbs which she can do in no time!

The biggest keys for her are her consistency to working out, the variety of her workouts and most importantly, her nutrition! She started Weight Watchers a few months ago and it has helped her tremendously. It is so easy for her in day-to-day life. No meetings, she has the app on phone and it keeps herself honest!

I want to give huge props to my client for working her ass off!! She is currently down over 15lbs, dropped almost 7% body fat as well as losing 12 inches in total! Her dream wedding is under 4 months away and she is just 5lbs from her goal weight!! I am absolutely certain that she will hit her goal!

I’ve been working with Rich consistently since May and his results are incredible! Rich was initially working out on his own but wanted that little extra push. Giving him creative unique exercises, he left the gym feeling fully accomplished each time! From May-July, he lost 23lbs, 5% body fat and almost 6 inches down!
