We are beyond excited to announce that starting next Monday 11/3, Jayden will be our new personal training employee!
Jayden comes from a Bachelor’s degree background from Rowan in Health & Exercise Science and most recently passed his NSCA personal training certification. To top it all off, he is CPR certified and successfully passed his 250 internship hours with Atlas Personal Training LLC !
We are extremely excited to start filling Jayden’s book with clients who will be lucky to have his fresh spin on the fitness industry backed by evidence based training!

- Ted has been crushing his workouts despite being at an incredibly busy time at work for him. Even with his back against the wall with back to back meetings all day, and not a second to breathe, he still has been making his workouts an absolute priority. A nod to you, Ted!
- Even though they are separate (and have never met) - 2 of my online clients Nick and Connor have been nothing but consistent with their routines! Not missing a beat and are showing incredible progress as well as even having fun with their workouts, imagine that!
- My other client Nick (yes, 2 Nick's) has stayed very regimented with his routines even with expecting his second baby any day now! He has voiced that even with Dad life of 2 Rugrats, he plans on keeping his schedule a priority as best as he can and keeping his workouts a big part of his life.
- Kelly has shown incredible progress as far as her days coming in for workouts. I usually see her twice per week but she has started bootcamps, which she swore to me that she would never do, and is even taking an interest in adding in a 3rd day here and there. She has recently told me how much better she feels after her workouts and never felt she would be a "workout person". She has surprised herself and shows no signs of slowing down!
- My man Hudson is crushing his workouts and is getting stronger by the day. He says he is seeing more definition in the mirror and is walking taller and feeling the strength!
- Ben has come off of a sickness that knocked him out for a few weeks. It is never easy coming back from a sickness, but he has jumped right back into it and is ready to roll. You got this Ben!
- Gina is cruising through her programs and shows consistent progress. She eats up each and every routine and at times I am just taken a back as to how well she really is doing. Keep it up!
- Kayleigh has unfortunately had a few big set backs that would usually have most people waving the white flag. She calmly stands back up, wipes the dust off of herself and keeps pushing forward not letting anything get in her way!
- Randi and Marci have been consistent with sharing their group workouts together and use it as fitness time as well as catch up time during the craziness of life. They do not back off on their workouts however, they show up ready to roll and give it their all each time. Awesome job, ladies!

When Kimmie and I started working together, I knew she was a hard worker immediately. Always early to her sessions and ready to work and better herself. I strive each session to challenge her in different ways to see how I can make her a stronger and healthier version of herself than who she was the last time I saw her!

Krystal has always had a goal of completing a half marathon. She came to me with a goal and a destination and I said, "Game on!" She busted her butt for months, sacrificing many incredibly early mornings to train and absolutely crushed it on race day! With many more races on the horizon, I look forward to seeing her get stronger and faster!

When Doug isn't busy in his day to day with being a Doctor and a Father, you can find him in the studio lifting heavy weights and having a great time doing it! He has progressed so much in our time together and he is only getting started!

This goes without saying that the last the pandemic has been undesired, oppressive and quite frankly depressing. The one thing I always stuck to my guns with, is the fact that exercise and proper nutrition will make these factors easier to deal with. When you’re in the proper head space and are working hard towards your goals, not much can bother you.
Megan has been an outstanding representation of this. She has worked tirelessly everyday towards her own personal goals.
Once the pandemic started and the gyms went bye-bye, she was the first client of mine to go virtual! I was so nervous because I didn’t think virtual sessions would last or even work for that matter. Sure enough, we got into a groove and made it work, week after week!
Up until the last few weeks, Megan started coming to in person sessions again (with proper Covid protocols). Right at that point, I knew we had to do measurements again because her progress was incredibly clear.
42lbs later and well over 13 inches gone...
She can speak for this but I was so excited once we finished those measurements. I felt as if I was the one more at a loss for words and it wasn’t my measurements.
I am so incredibly proud of Megan, and am so happy for that her hard work is paying off. Congratulations Megan, and have a celebratory drink for me!

I understand that adapting new fitness habits is challenging and many see it as agonizing. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle.

I want to give a huge shout-out to a client that has worked incredibly hard over the last 4 months with me! They have tracked almost every single meal with me and have stayed CONSISTENT with at least 4 or 5 days a week working out! They have shown that with simple adjustments in their diet, moderation, and of course having fun, massive results can be achieved! I am extremely happy with their progress and I cannot wait to see where they are in another 4 months!
I have been working with my client Kait for a little over 6 months at this point. Kait was extremely eager to get started from the beginning and hasn't stopped her optimism. Of course, with any weight loss journey, there are ups and downs. Kait never became defeated in the lows, and never got cocky in the highs. She maintained motivation for long term success and it is without a doubt showing off!
At her latest weigh in, she has shown OUTSTANDING numbers. She is down over 11" total, dropped over 4% body fat as well as a staggering 15+ lbs decrease!
The most important fact I try to drive home to Kait (and all clients for that matter) is that the weight loss she's succeeded with was a process. It was not overnight and she did it in a healthy and proper way. If you want quick weight loss, get ready to gain it all back in the same amount of time.
Kait has made many changes nutritionally. This was a process to figure out what needed to change and what was needed to maintain.
I am extremely happy for Kait and can't wait to see where she progresses from here.

Ana has been busting her ass over the last few months. She has been incredibly consistent with her in studio sessions as well as personal workouts on her own. Her discipline has been top notch recently and I can’t wait to see where she goes from here!
Since April, Ana is currently down 8.5lbs, over 4” as well as over 2% body fat!
You cannot ask for better CONSISTENT numbers. Her journey is done properly by sticking to healthy LIFESTYLE and not a diet here and there. They way Ana has approached all of this is perfect and I am so proud of her!

I started working with Brian and Misty 2 months ago. When they walk into their session either on their day off or after a 12 hour shift, they are ready to roll and leave everything in the gym.
