March was an exciting month with the opening of the new studio! Let's see how our clients made it even better...
- Court and Megan completed their 13.1 half marathon run (Megan's first!) I am so incredibly proud of them and can't wait to join them next month in the Broad Street Run.
- Derrick rocked his program and is starting his newest set of torture... I mean exercises. He has maintained with no back pain and has jumped up in his weights tremendously.
- Ted shows no signs of slowing down as he keeps progressing fluidly through his program. Eagerly awaiting to see how well he does with his introduction to dead lifts! Stay tuned for the next shout-out to see how he does.
- Nick maintains his training for Broad Street Run. He will be right alongside me, Court and Meg through the whole thing. Keep it up Nick!
- Kevin had 3 big goals coming into his newest program. He absolutely destroyed 2 of his goals by perfectly executing 20 push-ups while also hitting a 60 second plank w/ a 15lb plate! Last one to go is 3 strict pull-ups, let the training continue!
- Sue had a great set of measurements at the end of her last program taking off another inch, dropping 4 lbs as well as 0.5% of body fat. She really has hit her stride with nutrition and her consistency with it all is perfect . Keep maintaining your hard work, Sue!
-Client A has a big run coming up and is way ahead of their training schedule. They are more than confident in their efforts to crush their goal and I can't wait to see their final outcome. Stay tuned!
- Client B took a chance and started incorporating more calories into their day to day life. Although skeptical at first, they gave it a chance and without a doubt has gotten stronger with their lifts, more energized and wouldn't you know it, maintained and even lost a few pounds since the incorporation! Never be afraid to take a chance!
- Kayleigh is loving her new program where she has incorporated dead lifts. She is one session away from hitting 100lbs as her first benchmark and shows absolute no sign of slowing down! When she came to me initially, she previous had injuries including an ACL tear with surgery. We appropriately started a foundational approach to her exercises which she took to perfectly and now is set up for long term success with her lifts!
- Catherine has been shocking herself with her potential on how strong she really is. Her straight leg dead lifts are coming along great, her form is intact, while building that crucial mind-body connection. She is very much so looking forward to her progressions and seeing where she can go.
- Laura had a minor set back with a twinge but with the appropriate reintroduction to certain movement patterns, she is right back in action on her way to a safe effective weight loss along with staying/maintaining a pain free lifestyle!
A month for the record books in my opinion but the greatest part of it all, the best is yet to come!
When Kimmie and I started working together, I knew she was a hard worker immediately. Always early to her sessions and ready to work and better herself. I strive each session to challenge her in different ways to see how I can make her a stronger and healthier version of herself than who she was the last time I saw her!
Krystal has always had a goal of completing a half marathon. She came to me with a goal and a destination and I said, "Game on!" She busted her butt for months, sacrificing many incredibly early mornings to train and absolutely crushed it on race day! With many more races on the horizon, I look forward to seeing her get stronger and faster!
When Doug isn't busy in his day to day with being a Doctor and a Father, you can find him in the studio lifting heavy weights and having a great time doing it! He has progressed so much in our time together and he is only getting started!

This goes without saying that the last the pandemic has been undesired, oppressive and quite frankly depressing. The one thing I always stuck to my guns with, is the fact that exercise and proper nutrition will make these factors easier to deal with. When you’re in the proper head space and are working hard towards your goals, not much can bother you.
Megan Dellinger has been an outstanding representation of this. She has worked tirelessly everyday towards her own personal goals.
Once the pandemic started and the gyms went bye-bye, she was the first client of mine to go virtual! I was so nervous because I didn’t think virtual sessions would last or even work for that matter. Sure enough, we got into a groove and made it work, week after week!
Up until the last few weeks, Megan started coming to in person sessions again (with proper Covid protocols). Right at that point, I knew we had to do measurements again because her progress was incredibly clear.
42lbs later and well over 13 inches gone...
She can speak for this but I was so excited once we finished those measurements. I felt as if I was the one more at a loss for words and it wasn’t my measurements.
I am so incredibly proud of Megan, and am so happy for that her hard work is paying off. Congratulations Megan, and have a celebratory drink for me!
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is challenging and many see it as agonizing. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle.
As you learn what types of workouts you enjoy, it becomes a stress-reliever and confidence-booster! Who doesn't want that!?

I want to give a huge shout-out to a client that has worked incredibly hard over the last 4 months with me! They have tracked almost every single meal with me and have stayed CONSISTENT with at least 4 or 5 days a week working out! They have shown that with simple adjustments in their diet, moderation, and of course having fun, massive results can be achieved! I am extremely happy with their progress and I cannot wait to see where they are in another 4 months!
I have been working with my client Kait for a little over 6 months at this point. Kait was extremely eager to get started from the beginning and hasn't stopped her optimism. Of course, with any weight loss journey, there are ups and downs. Kait never became defeated in the lows, and never got cocky in the highs. She maintained motivation for long term success and it is without a doubt showing off!
At her latest weigh in, she has shown OUTSTANDING numbers. She is down over 11" total, dropped over 4% body fat as well as a staggering 15+ lbs decrease!
The most important fact I try to drive home to Kait (and all clients for that matter) is that the weight loss she's succeeded with was a process. It was not overnight and she did it in a healthy and proper way. If you want quick weight loss, get ready to gain it all back in the same amount of time.
Kait has made many changes nutritionally. This was a process to figure out what needed to change and what was needed to maintain.
I am extremely happy for Kait and can't wait to see where she progresses from here.

Ana has been busting her ass over the last few months. She has been incredibly consistent with her in studio sessions as well as personal workouts on her own. Her discipline has been top notch recently and I can’t wait to see where she goes from here!
Since April, Ana is currently down 8.5lbs, over 4” as well as over 2% body fat!
You cannot ask for better CONSISTENT numbers. Her journey is done properly by sticking to healthy LIFESTYLE and not a diet here and there. They way Ana has approached all of this is perfect and I am so proud of her!

I started working with Brian and Misty 2 months ago. When they walk into their session either on their day off or after a 12 hour shift, they are ready to roll and leave everything in the gym.
