- Things could not be better with Jayden! He is learning a ton and making great strides in the personal training world. Let's see where another month of training and learning can bring him to!
- Court crushed an incredible 10k run in June! Among her staggering consistency with running outside of Atlas sessions, she wanted to give herself a little push and sign up for an organized run to brush off some cobwebs! Love that you push yourself, Court!
- Liz and Sue have been wildly active outside of our sessions. This ranges from pickleball, golf, OTF classes and even getting in time for yard work. There is no stopping them!
- Sue recently changed personal gyms outside of our sessions and jumped right back into the mix. There was no down time, no excuses, just action. She has been very consistent with her workouts and I love to see how much she can push herself!
- Rick has recently been approved for more PT moves and we are into the next level when it comes to his workouts. I love how much he loves to challenge himself and is eager for the next set of exercises! Awesome, Rick!
- I am beyond eager to welcome Ben, Stacey and Lisa to the Atlas group! They have hit the ground running with their workouts and are very excited to get the ball rolling as am I! Here we go!
-Derrick continues to maintain his consistency outside of Atlas sessions with his work travel. Nothing can stop this guy!
- Jerome has been dealing with some pesky hip irritation, but that does not stop him! He loves to research and get an answer to the problem so we both put our heads together to try and find the best solution for him to get him back on his feet!
- Avery and Gules have started together in hopes of creating more strength, agility and assertiveness towards their sport specific movements in basketball and volleyball. They are both insistent on learning more and show up each time with a can do attitude and a readiness to work hard!
- Ted has done nothing but work his butt off with every session when in the studio he is . Incredible strength and determination to be the better version of himself than he was yesterday. Keep up the hard work, Ted!
- Laura is coming back from a bit of knee irritation and is beyond psyched to get back to lifting and getting back to feeling like herself. She may have been down for a moment, but she is not out! She's back!
- While Rose may have a lot of work travel come their way, that does not stop them at all from their determination and discipline to maintain this lifestyle that they have built for themselves, together! A couple that works hard together, stays together!
When Kimmie and I started working together, I knew she was a hard worker immediately. Always early to her sessions and ready to work and better herself. I strive each session to challenge her in different ways to see how I can make her a stronger and healthier version of herself than who she was the last time I saw her!
Krystal has always had a goal of completing a half marathon. She came to me with a goal and a destination and I said, "Game on!" She busted her butt for months, sacrificing many incredibly early mornings to train and absolutely crushed it on race day! With many more races on the horizon, I look forward to seeing her get stronger and faster!
When Doug isn't busy in his day to day with being a Doctor and a Father, you can find him in the studio lifting heavy weights and having a great time doing it! He has progressed so much in our time together and he is only getting started!

This goes without saying that the last the pandemic has been undesired, oppressive and quite frankly depressing. The one thing I always stuck to my guns with, is the fact that exercise and proper nutrition will make these factors easier to deal with. When you’re in the proper head space and are working hard towards your goals, not much can bother you.
Megan has been an outstanding representation of this. She has worked tirelessly everyday towards her own personal goals.
Once the pandemic started and the gyms went bye-bye, she was the first client of mine to go virtual! I was so nervous because I didn’t think virtual sessions would last or even work for that matter. Sure enough, we got into a groove and made it work, week after week!
Up until the last few weeks, Megan started coming to in person sessions again (with proper Covid protocols). Right at that point, I knew we had to do measurements again because her progress was incredibly clear.
42lbs later and well over 13 inches gone...
She can speak for this but I was so excited once we finished those measurements. I felt as if I was the one more at a loss for words and it wasn’t my measurements.
I am so incredibly proud of Megan, and am so happy for that her hard work is paying off. Congratulations Megan, and have a celebratory drink for me!
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is challenging and many see it as agonizing. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle.

I want to give a huge shout-out to a client that has worked incredibly hard over the last 4 months with me! They have tracked almost every single meal with me and have stayed CONSISTENT with at least 4 or 5 days a week working out! They have shown that with simple adjustments in their diet, moderation, and of course having fun, massive results can be achieved! I am extremely happy with their progress and I cannot wait to see where they are in another 4 months!
I have been working with my client Kait for a little over 6 months at this point. Kait was extremely eager to get started from the beginning and hasn't stopped her optimism. Of course, with any weight loss journey, there are ups and downs. Kait never became defeated in the lows, and never got cocky in the highs. She maintained motivation for long term success and it is without a doubt showing off!
At her latest weigh in, she has shown OUTSTANDING numbers. She is down over 11" total, dropped over 4% body fat as well as a staggering 15+ lbs decrease!
The most important fact I try to drive home to Kait (and all clients for that matter) is that the weight loss she's succeeded with was a process. It was not overnight and she did it in a healthy and proper way. If you want quick weight loss, get ready to gain it all back in the same amount of time.
Kait has made many changes nutritionally. This was a process to figure out what needed to change and what was needed to maintain.
I am extremely happy for Kait and can't wait to see where she progresses from here.

Ana has been busting her ass over the last few months. She has been incredibly consistent with her in studio sessions as well as personal workouts on her own. Her discipline has been top notch recently and I can’t wait to see where she goes from here!
Since April, Ana is currently down 8.5lbs, over 4” as well as over 2% body fat!
You cannot ask for better CONSISTENT numbers. Her journey is done properly by sticking to healthy LIFESTYLE and not a diet here and there. They way Ana has approached all of this is perfect and I am so proud of her!
