April was an incredible month and seemed to fly by! Let's see how everyone did in those 30 days!...
- I had the chance to catch up with Rick and he is doing well with his shoulder surgery recovery! He is itching to get back into the gym to start his recovery and to get back to his appropriate lifting!
- Sue has been crushing her routines session after session, not a surprise there! BUT she also completed her first 5k run! I'm very proud of her accomplishment and she is already talking about her next one. Awesome work, Sue!
- Atlas is proud to welcome back Eric who is home from the summer from playing full time Hockey with the Wilkes Barre Knights. He also informed me that he is the brand new CAPTAIN of the team! This kid is seriously going places, he is incredibly talented and always seems to be having a great time doing it! Let's get to work, Eric!
- Michelle has been dropping her scale slow and steady, the proper way! Love that she is keeping this a lifestyle and not trying to do this in a fast, aggressive and non-sustainable way. Keep it up Michelle.
- Darlene is getting compliments left and right. Whether she is catching up with family she hasn't seen in a while or a work event, EVERYONE is noticing her results! She is on such a roll right now and I'm eager to see where she goes from here!
- Derrick has probably one of the craziest schedules I have ever seen, very unpredictable, in a different state or country multiple times a week and still has time to do what he needs to do. He is incredibly regimented and has cemented health and wellness into his normal day to day life. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, man!
-Client A is so close to their 50 lb weight loss and just had incredible measurements as of recent. Wildly consistent with their nutrition and even more consistent when it comes to their workout schedule. Nothing is getting in their way!
- Client B has done an incredible job of hitting their target weight loss goal and is maintaining tremendously. We are continuing the muscle gaining process appropriately and they are doing incredibly well along the way!
- I would love to welcome Aarav and Janice to the Atlas family! They started officially as of a few weeks ago and already are in a perfect rhythm and show no signs of slowing down on the way to their goals!
- Maria has done a great job at maintaining consistency and keeps adding in more on her days "off" from working out whether that is hikes, yard work or helping her friend with tough house projects!
- Trish is a perfect example that you can live your life, not overly restrict and still hit your goals. She recently spent a beautiful week away with her husband enjoying herself and came back without gaining and jumped right back into her rhythm.
- Joni and Marty started incorporating their post dinner walks back into their schedule. This is a perfect time of year to start this up as the sun is setting so late and the weather is perfect to enjoy!
April was a phenomenal month and there have already been great things happening in May! I can't wait to share it with everyone. Stay tuned!
When Kimmie and I started working together, I knew she was a hard worker immediately. Always early to her sessions and ready to work and better herself. I strive each session to challenge her in different ways to see how I can make her a stronger and healthier version of herself than who she was the last time I saw her!
Krystal has always had a goal of completing a half marathon. She came to me with a goal and a destination and I said, "Game on!" She busted her butt for months, sacrificing many incredibly early mornings to train and absolutely crushed it on race day! With many more races on the horizon, I look forward to seeing her get stronger and faster!
When Doug isn't busy in his day to day with being a Doctor and a Father, you can find him in the studio lifting heavy weights and having a great time doing it! He has progressed so much in our time together and he is only getting started!

This goes without saying that the last the pandemic has been undesired, oppressive and quite frankly depressing. The one thing I always stuck to my guns with, is the fact that exercise and proper nutrition will make these factors easier to deal with. When you’re in the proper head space and are working hard towards your goals, not much can bother you.
Megan has been an outstanding representation of this. She has worked tirelessly everyday towards her own personal goals.
Once the pandemic started and the gyms went bye-bye, she was the first client of mine to go virtual! I was so nervous because I didn’t think virtual sessions would last or even work for that matter. Sure enough, we got into a groove and made it work, week after week!
Up until the last few weeks, Megan started coming to in person sessions again (with proper Covid protocols). Right at that point, I knew we had to do measurements again because her progress was incredibly clear.
42lbs later and well over 13 inches gone...
She can speak for this but I was so excited once we finished those measurements. I felt as if I was the one more at a loss for words and it wasn’t my measurements.
I am so incredibly proud of Megan, and am so happy for that her hard work is paying off. Congratulations Megan, and have a celebratory drink for me!
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is challenging and many see it as agonizing. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle.
As you learn what types of workouts you enjoy, it becomes a stress-reliever and confidence-booster! Who doesn't want that!?

I want to give a huge shout-out to a client that has worked incredibly hard over the last 4 months with me! They have tracked almost every single meal with me and have stayed CONSISTENT with at least 4 or 5 days a week working out! They have shown that with simple adjustments in their diet, moderation, and of course having fun, massive results can be achieved! I am extremely happy with their progress and I cannot wait to see where they are in another 4 months!
I have been working with my client Kait for a little over 6 months at this point. Kait was extremely eager to get started from the beginning and hasn't stopped her optimism. Of course, with any weight loss journey, there are ups and downs. Kait never became defeated in the lows, and never got cocky in the highs. She maintained motivation for long term success and it is without a doubt showing off!
At her latest weigh in, she has shown OUTSTANDING numbers. She is down over 11" total, dropped over 4% body fat as well as a staggering 15+ lbs decrease!
The most important fact I try to drive home to Kait (and all clients for that matter) is that the weight loss she's succeeded with was a process. It was not overnight and she did it in a healthy and proper way. If you want quick weight loss, get ready to gain it all back in the same amount of time.
Kait has made many changes nutritionally. This was a process to figure out what needed to change and what was needed to maintain.
I am extremely happy for Kait and can't wait to see where she progresses from here.

Ana has been busting her ass over the last few months. She has been incredibly consistent with her in studio sessions as well as personal workouts on her own. Her discipline has been top notch recently and I can’t wait to see where she goes from here!
Since April, Ana is currently down 8.5lbs, over 4” as well as over 2% body fat!
You cannot ask for better CONSISTENT numbers. Her journey is done properly by sticking to healthy LIFESTYLE and not a diet here and there. They way Ana has approached all of this is perfect and I am so proud of her!
